Frequently asked questions

Research, generation, storage, privacy, and use of Premise AI | Outbounder.

What is Premise AI | Outbounder?

Premise AI | Outbounder helps sellers spend less time on account research and drafting. It creates a coordinated email, social message, call script, and discovery outline for a specific account and buyer.

Where can I find my work?

Open My Work from the site header or application navigation. Up to 20 kits are stored in the current browser and remain available on the same device and browser profile; they do not synchronize across devices.

How does the account research work?

The app starts with the messaging-source website, researches the target account, retrieves sourced industry trends, and excludes unsupported claims or weak case-study analogues. Nothing is ever sent to a customer. Sellers have complete control.

Do I need an API key or subscription?

No. Generation runs through the service; users do not provide payment information or an API key.

What does one outreach kit contain?

A kit contains Fast Facts, Email, Social, Cold Call, Discovery, Steps to Success, and Sources.

How long does generation take?

A normal run is designed to finish in about five minutes. Source retrieval, verification, and drafting may take longer when public information is difficult to confirm.

Where is My Work stored?

Kits in My Work are stored in the current browser's local storage. A server-side read-only snapshot is created only when a user selects Copy link, and that snapshot expires after 30 days.

Can I send someone a link to a kit?

Yes. Open Share and select Copy link. The link opens a read-only snapshot for anyone who receives it and expires after 30 days.

How many kits are saved?

The browser keeps up to 20 kits. When the limit is reached, the oldest kit is removed as a new kit is saved.

Can a saved kit be opened after returning?

Yes, when the same device, browser, and browser profile are used and the site's local data remains intact. Kits do not synchronize across devices or browsers.

What happens when the same account and buyer are researched again?

A new kit for the same target account and buyer role replaces the earlier saved kit for that combination.

How are saved kits deleted?

Clearing this site's data in the browser removes saved kits, the current draft, and display preferences. Private-browsing storage may disappear when the private session closes.

How are facts and hypotheses separated?

Fast Facts and source-backed claims retain public source links. Unverified account conditions are framed as discovery questions or listed as evidence boundaries instead of being stated as facts.

What happens when research fails?

The form shows the failure reason and changes the action to Try again. No incomplete kit is saved. Rate limits, daily limits, or a paused service may require waiting before another attempt.

Why is human verification required?

Public generation will require a short human-verification check before research starts. It protects the owner's API account from automated abuse without creating an end-user account.

Does the app send email or social messages?

No. The app creates drafts only. A salesperson decides whether to edit, copy, or use any material.

Should generated material be reviewed?

Yes. Every claim, source, message, question, and recommendation requires seller review before use.
